Nmbrz is a game to improve your math skills in a playful way. It is suitable for every age group, you can use it to improve your mental arithmetic skills and to train basic arithmetic operations (+, -, *, ÷, ^) or you can just have fun with it. You can also use brackets for the calculations. In the game you will only deal with integers, in order to keep it simple and to provide the best user experience. The app is designed beautifully with passion for detail. For example, you can choose between 7 wonderful color-schemes that fit perfectly to iOS 8 flat design. Due to its self-explaining user interface and the built in tutorial the game can easily be understood. Just try it. If you like maths you will have great fun with Nmbrz Game and dont give up too fast. Just try it. - Practice makes perfect.

To provide some variation, you can play in 3 modi:
*Arcade (4 numbers, no time limit)
*Time Attack (1 number in a minimum of time)
*Countdown (solve as many numbers as you can in a defined time interval)

Its very simple (Explanation for Arcade mode):
In Arcade Mode, you will get 4 numbers that you have to solve. At the beginning, the first sought number will be shown on the top left corner of the screen. To solve the number you will have to use the 6x6 number matrix, operators (+, -, *, ÷) and brackets. You can only start to press numbers on the edges of the matrix. If you have found a row, which you can come to a solution with, start there. You press the first number, then you press an operator and the subsequent number. You can only go step by step, no numbers can be skipped. You can only use an entire row of six numbers (horizontally/vertically/diagonally) to solve the sought number. The app automatically which direction your row goes and will lock other buttons. After you have entered an entire calculation, you will be asked to enter a interim result. It must be correct, otherwise it will be counted as wrong. Having answered the interim result, it will be shown on the white bar underneath the top bar. Then you will have to enter a new operator, as well as the subsequent number. Go on like this. If the row is completed your result will be compared with the sought number. If they are equal, you will get a point. By the way, you cannot do anything wrong: The game only allows scheduled operations. If you click a button that is not allowed you will get a hint. I recommend having a look at the tutorial video before playing.

Playing guide in short:
*The sought number is displayed on the top bar
*after having answered a number, you will get a new one
*Start at the edges of the number matrix
*Dont skip numbers
*Dont forget to set operators
*Be accurate. You cannot correct set numbers/operators
*You will have to use brackets sometimes
*Again: Practice makes perfect

Please note:
Having a look at probability theories, one will see that there is a tiny possibility to get a sought number / number matrix that is not solvable. In practice, this is not likely to happen and in our detailed tests that case never occurred, so if there are numbers that seem unsolvable to you just try to solve them, even if it takes a few more minutes. Should it really be unsolvable just restart the game. As mentioned before, in our detailed tests, we could solve every number. Practice makes perfect.
